 Performance and Mental Training

for Skill Players

what is your why?

A large part of becoming a successful  and reliable wide receiver, tight end, or running back in football is the mental game.

There are several questions that you must ask yourself in order to....

'MAXIMIZE YOUR POTENTIAL & OVERACHIEVE'

1. WHAT IS YOUR WHY?

Every skill player will have a different answer. The answer to this question will be the foundation of pass catching for each individual as well as the main motivational and mental support system during practice/games.

2.WHAT TOOLS DO I NEED FOR SUCCESS?

Each skill player will have their own custom tailored program to fit their WHY. Coach Kirby and staff specializes in discovering and fine-tuning your WHY in order to...

MAXIMIZE YOUR POTENTIAL.

3.WHAT ARE MY TEAM AND PERSONAL GOALS?

What would I like to achieve in my time playing football?

Do I play for myself or do I contribute to my team?

At CatchingPasses.com we enjoy helping football players build confidence in foundational receiving skills. This confidence will evolve  with physical and mental drills in order to....

OVERACHIEVE.
